Privacy Policy | Pacific Steel 5025

Last updated September 30, 2026

Scope

This notice covers the Pacific Steel website. Cathedral Catholic’s school systems, Google Forms, donation services, and other linked websites have their own policies. This site has no user accounts and does not accept form submissions or payment details directly.

Browsing and technical information

The website currently has no advertising pixels or analytics trackers added by the team, and does not set application cookies or save visitor profiles in browser storage. Hosting and delivery providers may process IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and timestamps to deliver content, operate their services, and prevent abuse. Their retention depends on the provider and hosting configuration.

External images and links

Some robot images are served from Imgur. Loading an external image can send your IP address and request information to that provider. Links to Google Forms, Google Docs, Instagram, The Blue Alliance, and other services take you outside this site. Review the relevant provider’s privacy policy before submitting information.

Information you provide

If you email the team or complete a linked interest, visit, or mentoring form, the recipients receive the information you choose to submit. It may be used to answer your question and coordinate the relevant program activity. Do not send sensitive personal information through a general inquiry. Contact the team for questions about recipients, access, correction, or deletion; school requirements and the external service’s capabilities may affect a request.

Student photographs and concerns

The site includes team and event photographs. Contact the team if you have a concern about an image, attribution, or personal information displayed here. Students who need help with an inquiry should involve a parent or guardian.
